I ashtuquajturi "mostra i Durrësit", Shaban Norja, i cili akuzohet per vrasjen e 18-vjeçares Aishe Vata ka dale sot perpara trupit gjykues.
3 muaj pas tragjedisë, gjykata e Durrësit ka nisur procesin gjyqësor, seance e pare te cilit u zhvillua nen masa te rrepta sigurie. Shaban Norja eshte sjelle ne gjykate i veshur me jelek antiplumb, ndersa policia ka kontrolluar nje nga nje te gjithe te pranishmit qe hyne ne salle. Avokati it e akuzuarit ka kërkuar gjykim te shkurtër te çështjes, per shkak se 80-vjeçari ka pranuar autoresine e vrasjes si dhe atësinë, pasi vajza ishte shtatzëne. Por prokurori i çështjes Sokol Nishani tha se i pandehuri e ka kryer këtë krim me paramendim. Trupi gjykues i kryesuar nga kryetari i gjykatës se Durrësit Ervin Metalla, pasi te analizoje ekspertizën e prokurorisë pritet te marre nje vendim pas dy javësh lidhur me kërkesën per gjykim te shkurtuar te çeshtjes. Ngjarja e rende ndodhi ne 11 tetor te vitit te kaluar ne nje are prane autostradës Durrës-Tirane. Sipas provave te mbledhura gjate hetimit dymujor te prokurorisë, Shaban Norja kishte krijuar nje lidhje intime gjate dy -tre viteve te fundit me viktimën. Kohet e fundit 18-vjeçarja kishte mbetur shtatzënë, ndersa pas mësimit te ketij fakti, Shaban Norja i ka kërkuar vajzes qe te ndërpresë shtatzëninë. Aishe Vata ka refuzuar dhe ne keto kushte Shaban Norja mbrëmjen e 11 tetorit planifikoi vrasjen e saj me plumb pas koke dhe me pas ia preu kokën me sëpatë dhe ia hodhi ne disa shkurre pranë vendit ku u gjend trupi.
