Sipas Damian Gjiknurit, trupa e Kolegjit, nuk mund te shkruaje rregulla, siç beri dje duke ndare vendin ne 89 zona zgjedhore, por vetëm te gjykoje mbi vendime qe ne baze te ligjit elektoral, duhet te merren ne Komisionin qendror te zgjedhjeve. Sekretari socialist thotë se me vendimin e djeshëm, u shkel ligji zgjedhor,qe detyron vendimmarrjen ne KQZ me shumice te cilësuar. Madje sipas tij, Partia Socialiste kishte pranuar nje vendim te institucionit te administrimit te zgjedhjeve dhe kjo serish u minua. E gjithë kjo situate, thote Gjinkuri, vjen per shkak te frikës se mazhorances nga humbja e pushtetit.
