Pas shkarkimit nga detyra të dy shefave të shërbimit të spitalit te Durrësit, mjeku rAsim Lusha është personi i trete i cili nga hetimet paraprake rezulton përgjigjes për vdekjen e Arsela Vladit. Sipas drejtorit te politikave shëndetësore Pellumb Pipero mjeku Rasim Lusha është sjelle ne mënyre jo profesionale dhe pa kryer asnjë analize i ka dhëne vogëlushes glukoze fakt ky qe mendohet se ka renduar situatën shëndetësore.
