Paro Laçi eshte i kerkuar nga drejtesia italiane, pasi akuzohet se ne vitet 1997 -- 1998, ai ka kryer trafik droge ne vendin fqinj. Por, i akuzuari ka mohuar akuzat, duke thene se ne ate kohe ai akuzohej nga drejtesia shqiptare per çeshtjen e armatimit personal, te cilin e dispononte si punonjes i Gardes se Republikes, e qe nuk e kishte dorezuar pas trazirave. Sipas tij, ai nuk mund te gjendej ne dy vende njekohesisht. Por, gjykata e Apelit nuk i ka marre parasysh pretendimet e Paro Laçit, duke e lene ne burg deri ne pritje te ekstradimit.
