Paraditen e se martes, ne te njejten ore por ne ambiente te ndryshme, jashte institucionit te qarkut, jane zhvilluar dy mbledhje paralele te keshillit. Njera drejtohej nga pretendenti per kryetarin e qarkun te Fierit, demokrati Artur Shehu ku merrnin pjese 49 keshilltare te djathte dhe aleatet. Ndersa mbledhja e 54 keshilltareve socialiste u zhvillua ne ambientet e bashksie se Fierit dhe drejtohej nga Vangjel Ndreko, socialistit qe pretendon se gjykatat i kane njohur postin e kreut te qarkut te Fierit. Demokrati Artur Shehu e ka cilesuar legjitime mbledhjen e tij dhe iu ka bere thirrje socialisteve te bashkohen me ta. Nga ana tjeter e qytetit, socialisti Vangjel Ndreko i beri thirrje kryeministrit te njohe dhe zbatoje vendimet e gjykatave per mandatin e tij si kryetar qarku. Ngerçi politik per çeshtjen e Fierit eshte dhe kusht i opozites per te votuar me pas ne kuvend tre ligjet qe jane kusht i Bashkimit Europian per statusin e vendit kandidat.
Despite international appeals for resolution, conflict deepens policy on the issue of Fier district.
Tuesday morning, at the same time but in different environments, outside of the county, have developed two parallel meetings of the council. One was led by the frontrunner for President of the district of Fier, Democrat Artur Shehu attended by 49 councilors to the right and allies. While 54 socialist councilors meeting was held in the premises of bashksie Fier and directed by Vangjel Ndreko, socialist maintaining that the courts have recognized the position of head of the district of Fier. Democrat Artur Shehu has named his collection legitimate and he has urged socialists to join them. On the other side of the city, Vangjel socialist Ndreko paid calling on the prime minister to recognize and implement the decisions of the courts for his mandate as chairman of the county.
