Zoti Nishani beri gjithashtu thirrje edhe trajtimin e barabarte te dosjeve qe zvarriten ose humbasin. Kreu i shtetit ka kërkuar ashpërsim te politikes penale ne rastet e dhunës ne familje, ndërsa inkurajoi prokuroret, qe te jene me aktive ne nisjen e hetimeve kryesisht. Prokurori i përgjithshëm Adriatik Llalla, shfaqi vizionin e tij ne krye te organit te akuzës, duke paralajmëruar hetime, per çeshtje korrupsioni. Zoti Llalla, paralajmëroi edhe ndryshime te tjera ne institucionin qe drejton prej disa javësh.
