Kryetari i Frymës se Re demokratike Bamir Topi i ka quajtur deklaratat e kryeministrit Berisha për zgjedhjet si jo realiste duke nënvizuar se ai vazhdon të jetë dhunuesi i votimeve të lira e të ndershme. Zoti Topi iu referua edhe votimit te tij ne zgjedhjet vendore, gjatë kohës kur ishte president. Topi tha me tej se me institucione te dobëta dhe me zgjedhje jo te ndershme, Shqipëria do të vazhdoje te refuzohet ne proceset e saj integruese. Sipas Kreut te FRD, për shkak te dominances së pushteteve nga kryeministri, institucionet e vendit janë te dobëta. Topi kritikoi edhe nismën e Berishës "Shqipëria 1 euro", duke theksuar se ajo është absurde në kushtet kur ish-të përndjekurit dhe ish-pronaret nuk kane marre kompensimin qe u takon.

Topi said further that with weak institutions and unfair elections, Albania will continue to be rejected in its integration process. Chapters of the FRD, due to the dominance of powers from the prime minister, the country's institutions are weak. Topi also criticized Berisha initiative "Albania 1 euro", noting that it is absurd at a time when former persecuted and former owners have not received the compensation you deserve.
