Ne nje kohe qe procesi per ngjarjet e 21 janarit eshte drejt fundit, prokuroria i kerkon gjykatës te riekspertoje vrasjen e Ziver Veizit, per te cilen akuzohet ish-gardisti Agim Llupo.
Kerkesa u be ne seancen e radhës nga prokuroi Blerim Tominaj, i cili i cilesoi te pabesueshme dhe jo profesionale konkluzionet e ekspertit Ndoc Çardaku, sipas te cilit vrasja mund te kete ardhur nga nje plumb rikoshet dhe kjo pasi ne teshat e viktimës jane gjetur dy copëza te drunjta. Prokurori u shpreh se per shkak te dyshimeve prokuroria nuk e ka vlerësuar qe ne fillim ekspertizën e tij dhe kjo ka qene arsyeja qe nuk e kane përfshirë as ne dosjen e dërguar ne gjykate. Por kërkesa e prokurorit është kundërshtuar nga mbrojtësit e tre te pandehurve. Ata pretenduan se eksperti Çardaku ka njohuritë e nevojshme dhe se ekspertiza e tij eshte mjafte e qarte. Pasi u tërhoq per vendim trupi gjykues vendosi te pranoje kërkesën e akuzes duke kërkuar nga palët te paraqesin ne seancën e radhes nga dy emra ekspertesh, nga te cilet gjykata do te zgjedhe njerin per te kryer ekspertimin.
