Qeveria e argumenton kete nisem si nje takse kundër skllavërisë. Ndonëse biznesi e ka kundërshtuar kete draftin, komisioni parlamentar i ekonomisë e miratoi mes debateve me opozitën. Komisioni miratoi edhe nje sere projektligjesh te tjera, te cilat ne thelb parashikojnë uljen e akcizës per kafen e pjekur, si dhe heqin penalitetet per ata individë qe kane vonuar te plotësojnë deklaratën tatimore per efekt te ligjit mbi tatimin mbi te ardhurat. Por përtej ketyre ndryshime opozita tha se nisma te tilla nuk reflektojnë krizën ekonomike dhe se nuk i vijne ne ndihme biznesit. Opozita kërkoi serish heqjen e taksës se biznesit te vogël si nje mase e cila do te lehtësoje shume biznese familjare qe ane prekur nga kriza ekonomike. Por nje kërkese e tille nuk eshte marre ne konsiderate.
