Nga 12 qarqet ne te gjithë vendin, banoret e Tiranës dhe te Durrësit rezultojnë me te rregullit ne pagesën e taksave dhe tatimeve, ndërsa me keq janë ata te Krumes, Koplikut dhe Librazhdit. Ne nje raport te bartur nga ekspert te ekonomisë, mbi nivelin e barrës fiskale, për vitin 2011, evidentohet harta e tatimpaguesve te mëdhenj bazuar mbi numrin e banoreve dhe prodhimin e brendshëm bruto.
Ky raport nxjerr ne pah se ndonëse taksat janë njësoj, jo te gjithë janë te rregullte ne pagesat e tyre dhe barrën me te madhe e kane banoret e kryeqytetit. Bashkia e Krumes ka një barre tatimore prej 17. 400 lekësh për banore, e pasur nga bashkia Koplik me 18.200 leke. Bashkite me barrën tatimore me te ulet janë te përqendruara kryesisht ne veri, verilindje, juglindje dhe perëndim. Duke ju referuar këtij raporti, për vitin 2011, barra tatimore me e larte është ne Bashkine e Tiranës, me 64.500 lekësh për banor e pasuar nga ajo e Durrësit me 62.800 leke. Te 10 bashkitë me barrën tatimore me te larte janë me përhapje në veri, verilindje, juglindje, perëndim, konkretisht Tiran, Durrës, Vlorë, Korçë, Shkodër, Gjirokastër. Kjo loja analize shërben për te pare cili grup apo cila zona gjeografike është me shume e ngarkuar dhe cila duhet te këtë nje barre te ndryshme, nga ajo qe rezulton. Objekti i krahasimit te te dhënave janë te ardhurat e paguara për llogari te buxhetit te shtetit.
