Zv/ministri i Brendshëm Ferdinand Poni pranon se disa bashki janë bllokuar nga votat politike ne Këshillat e qarqeve, ne administrimin e ndërmarrjeve te ujësjellësit.
Ne muajin nëntor furnizimi i ujit ne disa qytete u fut te kolaps, pasi CEZ Shpërndarja ndërpreu energjinë për faturat e papaguara nga ujesjellesat. Gjate shqyrtimit te projektbuxhetit për pushtetin Lokal, opozita ne komisionin e Ligjeve kontestoi politiken qeveritare ne shpërndarjen e granteve tek njësitë vendore. Pas një diskutimi te gjate, Komisioni i Ligjeve ne rolin e ndërmjetësit ka bindur qeverinë te shtoje numrin e komisionarëve pranë avokatit te popullit. Igli Totozani argumentoi se ne vitin e fundit, pranë këtij institucioni kane mbërritur mbi 4 mije ankesa. Ndërsa ILDKP, e drejtuar nga Adriatik Llalla prej vitit 2008 është kënaqur me fondet e akorduara nga qeveria për vitin e ardhshëm. Zoti Llalla, i dekretuar një dite me pare për postin e kryeprokurorit nuk zgjodhi te përfaqësoje vete institucionin qe drejton, duket me shume i përqendruar ne sfidën qe e pret ne detyrën e re pasi te votohet ne Kuvend.
