Komisioni i Sigurisë ka miratuar vetem me votat e mazhorances ndryshimet ne projektligjin per përgjimin e telekomunikimeve ndërsa ka rrezuar amendamentin e opozitës.
Amendamenti i deputetit socialist Arben Isaraj synonte rregullimin me ligj te përgjimeve paraprake dhe te dhënat e marra nga keto përgjime te mos përbejnë prove. Maxhoranca nuk kundërshtoi thelbin e propozimit, por deklaroi se ndryshimi i kërkuar nuk mund te behej ne ketë ligj. "Nuk kam gje kundër, por duhet ndryshuar ne kodin e procedurës penale", tha Isaraj. Varianti qe do t'i çohet parlamentit per votim eshte ai i miratuar me konsensus tek komisioni i Ligjeve ku PD dhe PS rrëzuan me konsensus kërkesën e Prokurorisë së Përgjithshme, që parashikon decentralizimin e procesit të përgjimeve dhe që lejon realizimin e tyre edhe në prokuroritë në rrethe. Maxhoranca dhe opozita e kanë kundërshtuar këtë kërkesë të organit të akuzës, me argumentin se një kompetencë e tillë për të përgjuar pa lejen e kryeprokurorit do të shtonte abuzimet.
