Prokuroria e përgjithshme kërkon me tepër leke nga buxheti i shtetit, për te mbështetur një projekt qe synon te rrisë transparencën e punonjësve te organit te akuzës neper qarqe. Por komisioni i Ligjeve ka miratuar vetëm mbështetjen e 40 % te projektit ne 2013. Edhe zyra e buxhetit Gjyqësor kërkoi me tepër investime, sidomos për ndërtimin e Gjykatave Administrative. Gjykata Kushtetuese ne vitin e ardhshëm nuk do te mundet te kryeje gjithë investimet e parashikuara, pasi Financat kane kushtëzuar mbështetjen e projekteve. Sugjerimi jo pa ironi i kryetarit demokrat te komisionit te Ligjeve per Gjykatën Kushtetuese, për te kompensuar mungesën e fondeve për libra ishte leximi i tyre ne institucione te tjera apo ne internet.
