Partia Demokratike ka arritur te mbaj vetëm 27 % te premtimeve te saj elektorale. Ky është konkluzioni i dal gjate një monitorimi një vjeçare qe lëvizja MJAFT ka realizuar për punën e kuvendit te Shqipërisë. Sipas lëvizjes MJAFT edhe pse vit krize, Kuvendi i Shqipërisë ka harxhuar 1.5 milion dollar shpenzime operative dhe mbi 1.4 miliard leke shpenzime buxhetore. Edhe pse ne vitin 2009 deputeteve iu hoqën mjetet e transportit, gjate vitit 2011 Kuvendi i Shqipërisë ka harxhuar 85.600 dollarë vetëm shpenzime për transportin e kryetares se Kuvendit, nënkryetarëve dhe administratës. Një tjetër detaj i rëndësishëm i bere publik ne këtë raport është se nga deklarimet deputeteve te kuvendit te Shqipërisë ne 8 prej tyre shuma e marr për kredi nuk justifikohet me te ardhurat vjetore.
