Nëse ka një fjale kyçe për këtë edicion te 15-te te Panarit te librit, ajo është botime historike. Këto te fundit i gjen ne pjesën me te madhe te stendave, si një trend qe shtëpitë botuese kane zgjedhur te prezantojnë për shkak te 100 vjetorit te pavarësisë.
Një prej këtyre studimeve është edhe "Lindja e Shqipërisë" qe mban firmën e britanikes Nicola Guy. Historiania, njëkohësisht këshilltare politike ne Shërbimet Civile Britanike, ka hulumtuar prej vitesh ne arkiva pasi sic tregon ajo per Vizion Plus, pavarësisht rritjes se interesit ne përgjithësi ndaj rajonit, periudha e pavarësisë se Shqipërisë ka mbetur e injoruar. Guy nënvizon ne librin e saj se Fuqitë e Medha u sollën aq keq me njohjen e Shqiperise, sa qe edhe sot çështja nacionale shqiptare eshte e pazgjidhur. Botimet e ngjashme historike, u vlerësuan edhe nga kryeministri Berisha i cili ne vizitën e tij tradicionale ne panairin e librit, theksoi rendësin e këtyre kolanave.
