Komisioni i Sigurise Kombetare nuk ka kaluar draftin per pergjimet ne telekomunikacione, duke ia lene parlamentit te vendose me vote. Një nga arsyet ishte propozimi i socialisteve per të ndryshuar një pike te nenit që i lejon prokurorisë të përdore si prove përgjimet paraprake, gje e cila sipas anëtarit Arben Isaraj, mund te perdoret edhe per interesa politike dhe ato te çastit. Per kete Isaraj iu referua ngjarjeve te 21 janarit. Një tjeter propozim erdhi nga relatori demokrat Fatos Hoxha , i cili kerkoi shfuqizimin e te gjithe nenit 23 sipas së cilit përgjimet nga ana e prokurorisë realizohen ne mjediset e organit te akuzës. Komisioni i Sigurise vendosi te mirëpresë ne forme amendamenti propozimet e PS dhe PD dhe t'i diskutoje diten e hene, para futjes ne seance.
