Kreu i partisë Ligj dhe Drejtësi Spartak Ngjela ka shuar çdo dyshim per daljen nga koalicioni i majte. Ne emisionin "Intervista" ndërsa prezantoi volumin e dyte te librit te tij "Përkulja dhe Rënia e tiranisë shqiptare" Ngjela ka deklaruar se edhe ne zgjedhjet e qershorit 2013 do te vazhdoje te qëndrojë përkrah PS-së. Ndërsa ka folur per librin e tij me te ri, Ngjela ka sqaruar bindjen e tij se regjimi komunist u rrezua nga ekonomia dhe jo nga ideologjia. Edhe pse ka qëndruar per vite me radhe ne burgjet e komunizmit, Ngjela ka deklaruar se nuk e konsideron veten nje disident, pasi nuk kishte nje vepër.
