Kryeministri Berisha prezantoi para grupit parlamentar demokrat projekt-buxhetin e vitit te ardhshëm. Sipas shefit te ekzekutivit, buxheti i 2013-es, është jo vetëm me i madhi ne historinë e vendit, por do te jete themeli për një mandat te trete qeverisës. Duke folur para deputeteve te partisë se tij, për turin e kreut te opozitës me fermerët, Berisha tha se do te ngrihet një grup pune për hartimin e programit per bujqësinë, pasi Rama premton faljen e kredive te pashlyera nga fermerët, e ne fakt synon blerjen e votave. Mesazhi i fundit e kryeministrit ne pjesën e mbledhjes ku ishin te pranishme mediat, ishte thirrja e përsëritur drejtuar opozitës per te votuar 3 ligjet qe kërkojnë shumice te cilësuar, qe janë kusht për statusin e kandidatit nga ana e Brukselit.
