Javën e ardhshme Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve pritet te miratoje mandatin e deputetit me te ri te PS Auron Tare, i cili zëvendëson Andis Harasanin, qe dha dorëheqjen ne 25 shtator. Sipas nenit 164 te kodit zgjedhor, Brenda 30 ditëve Kuvendi duhet te njoftoje KQZ, për vakanten e krijuar; njoftim, qe kuvendi e ka realizuar tashme.
Mësohet se ditën e hëne, KQZ, do te marre vendim, per ti dhëne mandatin Auron Tares, i cili ka radhën ne listën e PS te kandidateve për deputet për qarkun e Tiranes. Pas vendimit te KQZ pritet dhe mbledhja e këshillit te mandateve i cili bën verifikimin e mandatit te Auron Tares. Ne varësi te mbledhjes se këshillit do te jete edhe séanca e betimit, e cila zyrtarizon zotin tare si deputetin me te ri te PS. Asnje afat nuk është përcaktuar per thirrjen e këshillit, ndaj nuk mund te thuhet se kur Auron Tare do ta shohë veten te ulur si deputet ne sallën e kuvendit por vetëm për 6 muajt e mbetur te kësaj legjislature.
