Ministria e Ekonomisë ende nuk ka filluar negocimin e kontratës për privatizimin e kompanisë Albpetrol. Sipas burimeve zyrtare nga kjo ministri, kontrata do të fillojë që të diskutohet në datë 23 tetor e sipas procedurave parashikohet që të zgjasë 1 muaj. Zyrtarë nga ministria e Ekonomisë shprehen se për shkak të komplikacioneve që ka kontrata, përpilimi i saj mund të përfundojë vetëm në fund të këtij viti. Gjatë kësaj jave kompania "Vetro Energy" arriti që të depozitojë në bankë shumën 20% të vlerës së Albpetrol, gjë e cila i hapi rrugë edhe negociatave të kontratës.
