I ftuar ne emisionin ZIP, Igli Totozani, theksoi se i ka derguar kerkesa kater ministrave te qeverise per çeshtjen e ish te perndjekurve. Z. Totozani shpjegoi gjithashtu se mosnjohja e ligjit per Avokatin e Popullit nga ana e grevisteve, por edhe vete shoqërisë civile qe i ka mbeshtetur, ka bere qe vete institucioni qe ai drejton te nise verifikimet per ligjin e dëmshpërblimeve me vonese. Avokati i popullit theksoi gjithashtu se nevojitet nje ligj i posaçëm qe te rregulloje zhvillimin e grevave te urise, pasi aktualisht nje gje e tille mungon.
