Për shoqatën e ndërtuesve një nga shkaqet kryesore të uljes së potencialeve mbeten efektet e krizës. Deri tani në të gjithë vendin gjenden rreth 6500 apartamente të pashitura, ku 5 mijë të tilla rezultojnë vetëm për Tiranën dhe Durrësin.
