Kryeministri Berisha ishte ne Kosove, ku mori pjese ne disa aktivitete, kushtuar 100-vjetorit te pavarësisë. I shoqëruar nga krerët me te larte te shtetit kosovar, Berisha ishte ne Isniq te Deçanit, ku u zbulua shtatorja e patriotit te njohur Isa Boletini, ne nderim te veprës se tij për shtetin shqiptar. Presidentja e Kosovës Atifete Jahjaga vlerësoi lart figurën e Boletinit dhe te gjithë njerëzve te tjerë qe sipas saj hapen nje epoke për shqiptaret. Me heret, ne gjakove u zhvillua edhe ceremonia e zbulimit te shtatores se nje tjeter figure historike, asaj te patriotit Ali Ibra. Duke folur ne kete aktivitet, kreu i qeverise Berisha vlerësoi kontributin e ketij qyteti ne historinë e kombit shqiptar si dhe rolin e patriotit Ibra.
