Ambasadori i Bashkimit Evropian ne Tirane Ettore Sequi dorëzoi tek krerët me te larte te shtetit dokumentin qe përmban progres-raportin e Komisionit Evropian, ku analizohet plotësimi i rekomandimeve përgjatë vitit te fundit. Diplomati i Evropian kërkoi plotësimin e 3 reformave te lëna si kusht deri ne muajin dhjetor, çka do te çonte ne vendimmarrje pozitive nga vendet anëtare te BE. Shefi i ekzekutivit e cilësoi dokumentin e dorëzuar nga Komisioni Evropian, si me historikun për vendin. Zoti Berisha premtoi plotësimin e rekomandimeve ne kohe, duke besuar tek marrëveshjet me opozitën. Ai tha se me organizimin e procesit te ardhshëm elektoral, qeveria do te provoje se e meriton hapjen e negociatave për anëtarësim ne familjen evropiane. Raporti iu dorëzua edhe presidentit te Republikës, i cili i vlerësoi rekomandimet e mbetura si plotësisht të arritshme. Zoti Nishani shprehu bindjen se klasa politike do të vazhdojnë kontributin duke ndarë së bashku përgjegjësitë dhe frytet e suksesit. Ambasadori i BE ka patur takime te veçanta dhe diskutime mbi gjetjet e raportit, edhe me Ministrin e jashtëm Edmond Panariti, kreun e LSI ilir Meta, ndërsa te enjten ne mëngjes ka parashikuar një bisede me kreun e opozitës Edi Rama.
