Rreshtim te Shqipërisë përkrah vendeve te ish-bllokut sovjetik dhe vote kundër perëndimit, e ka cilësuar ish-nënkryetari i Asamblesë Parlamentare te Keshillit te Europes, Aleksandër Biberaj, qëndrimin e delegacionit shqiptar ne rastin e nje rezolute për përkufizimin e te burgosurit politike.
I ftuar ne emisionin "Zip", zoti Biberaj theksoi se nje sjellje e tille eshte e pajustifikuar ne kushtet, kur Shqipëria ka edhe presidencën e këshillit te Europës. Sipas Biberajt, vota e delegacionit shqiptar, është fryt i pazareve te kryeministrit Berisha me Azerbajxhanin.
Albania lining supports the countries of the former Soviet bloc and vote against the West, has described the former Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Alexander Biberaj, the position of the Albanian delegation in the case of a resolution for the definition of political prisoners.
The guest on the show "Zip" Mr. Biberaj said that such behavior is justified in terms, when Albania has the presidency of the Council of Europe. According Biberaj, the vote of the Albanian delegation, is the result of bargaining to Prime Minister Berisha Azerbaijan.
