12 profesorë e akademike te njohur i kane vene flaken diplomave e gradave te tyre shkencore, ne shenje proteste, ndaj Ministrisë se Bujqësisë dhe ministrit Ruli.
Per ta dhe Aleancen Kuq e Zi qe i mbështeste ne kete proteste, sot teserat e PD-së jane bere me te vlefshme sesa doktoraturat e titujt e tyre dhe qeveria e kryeministrit Berisha ka shkatërruar eliten akademike duke veshur gjithçka me militantizëm. Protestuesit kane akuzuar edhe ministrin e Bujqësisë Genc Ruli dhe stafin e tij si te paafte. Sipas Aleancës Kuq e Zi, sot kjo ministri qendron ne kembe vetem fale klientelizmit dhe militantizmit.
