Partia Socialiste ka denoncuar një tjetër skandal te qeveris shqiptare e cila sipas saj, ka shpenzuar me shume se 1.6 mln euro vetëm për te blere arme e pajisje ushtarake kundër protestuesve. Sipas deputetit socialist Erion Braçe këto blerje janë kryer pas demonstratës se 21 Janarit dhe synimi i qeveris ka qene kontrolli i turmave. Brace ka akuzuar drejtpërdrejt Lulzim Bashen i cili ne atë kohe drejtonte Ministrine e Brendshme, se ka harxhuar paratë e qytetareve shqiptare për këto blerje, te cilat mbi te gjitha janë kryer ne mënyrë te dyshimtë. Deputeti Braçe tha se opozita do te vijoje denoncimet e shpenzimeve abuzive te qeverise.
