Ligji i Gjykatës se Larte ka qene ne thelb te akuzave për bllokim te proceseve integruese qe kryeministri Sali Berisha ka artikuluar gjate mbledhjes se përjavshme te grupit parlamentar demokrat. sipas kryeministrit Berisha kushtet e PS për zbatimin e vendimit te gjykatave, për zhbllokimin e fondeve për bashkite dhe mbylljen e reformës parlamentare janë thjesht pazare për pushtet, duke e bere te qarte se nuk do te plotësojë për asnjë prej kërkesave te opozitës.
