Pas dështimit te privatizimit te katër hidrocentraleve, si dhe pikëpyetjeve qe po shoqërojnë finalizimin e "Albpetrol-it", qeveria po përpiqet qe me çdo kusht te gjejë forma për te siguruar para ne arkën e shtetit. Përfaqësues te mazhorances propozojnë qe te ndryshoje formula e shitjes se hidrocentraleve, duke i dhënë ato me koncesion. Nga ana tjetër, opozita ngre shqetësimin se pas dështimit te shitjes se 4 HEC-ve, pikëpyetje te mëdha ngrihen edhe për mënyrën se si do tre funksionojnë hidrocentralet qe janë ne ndërtim dhe nuk janë pak por rreth 330 te tilla. Kompanitë qe shfaqen interes te blejnë hidrocentralet kishin paraqitur ankesa lidhur me çmimet qe do te operonin ne treg pas shitjes. Ky fakt ishte një nga arsyet qe dha Ministria e Ekonomisë, e cila pritet te marre vendim lidhur me nxjerrjen e tyre serish ne shitje. Gjithsesi, deri ne përfundimin e këtij procesi, por edhe te shitjes se "Albpetrol-it", buxheti i shtetit do te vijoje te rrudhet ne drejtim te investimeve, duke i dhënë ekonomisë një goditje edhe me te madhe.
