Shkolla e Magjistraturës, ndodhet ne katin e fundit te godinës se fakultetit Gjeologji - Minierave dh këtë here do te prese vetëm 8 studente, te profilit gjyqtar. Por ne ndryshime nga vitet e mëparshme Drejtoresha e shkollës Mariana Semini thotë se këtë here, për testet e kandidateve për magjistratë do te përdoret edhe kontrolli kompjuterik ndërsa numri i konkurrenteve është me i paket se vitet e kaluara.
Shkolla është e pajisur me salle leksionesh laborator biblioteke madje edhe një salle gjyqi ku improvizohen proceset. Si niveli me i larte i studimeve për ata që aspirojnë të futen ne radhët e drejtësisë, shkolla ka te përcaktuara një sere kriteresh për te përfituar te drejtën e studimit ndërsa nuk privohen nga kjo e drejte universitete private apo ata qe kane studiuar jashtë Shqipërisë. Çdo vit Këshilli i Lartë i Drejtësisë për gjyqtarët dhe Prokurori i Përgjithshëm për prokurorët vendosin se sa vende do të ofrohen për kandidatët për magjistratë. Me fitimin e konkursit kandidati për gjyqtar ose prokuror fiton të drejtën për të vazhduar studimet të formimit profesional te cilat zgjatin 3 vjet dhe ne përfundim ata marrin emërimin përfundimtar nga Këshilli i Lartë i Drejtësisë për të punuar si gjyqtarë dhe prokurorë.
