Kryeministri Sali Berisha i rikthehet idesë se referendumit popullor për kufizimin e imunitetit, pas deklaratës se kryeparlamentares Topalli dhe qëndrimit te LSI se rruga me e mire do te ishte vota ne kuvend. Deklarata u be ne Lubjane, ne konferencën e përbashkët për shtyp me homologun Slloven. Shefi i mazhorances, i bindur ne mbajtjen e Referendumit, tha se ai nuk ka qellim kapitalin politik, por sipas Berishës është e vetmja mënyre për te kufizuar imunitetit pas dështimit te rrugës parlamentare. Drafti për imunitetin është kaluar nga palët me konsensus ne komision, por PS e kushtëzon votën me miratimin e një pakete te plote për reformën ne drejtësi.
