Ne prag te fillimit te sesionit te ri parlamentar kreu i PS Edi Rama ka përsëritur vullnetin e opozitës për te votuar kufizimin e imunitetit por vetëm ne rast se këto amendime votohen se bashku me propozimet e socialisteve për sistemin e drejtësisë. Sipas Rames nëse votohet paketa e ndryshimeve kushtetuese Shqipëria ka me shume shanse për te marre statusin e kandidatit ne tetor. Rama ka sulmuar edhe guvernatorin Ardian Fullani për shpenzimet marramendëse ne kohe krize financiare. Ndërkaq, lideri i opozitës ka lajmëruar se përgjatë 10 muajve ne vazhdim PS do te punoje për te fituar zgjedhjet parlamentare. Kuvendi ka vendosur ne 6 shtator fillimin e shqyrtimit te ndryshimeve kushtetuese te propozuara nga PS qe parashikojnë votimin me 84 vota te prokurorit te përgjithshëm, anëtareve te Gjykatës se Larte dhe asaj Kushtetuese si dhe miratimin me shumice te cilësuar te Rregullores se Kuvendit.
