Pas veriut protestat për energjinë janë zhvendosur ne jug te vendit. rreth 150 banore te Ballshit kane hyre brenda ambienteve te nënstacionit elektrik te zonës, ne shenje proteste, te vendimit te CEZ për ndërprerje te energjisë elektrike. Zyrtarisht kompania e shpërndarjes CEZ thotë se nga dita e mërkure ndërpreu energjie për tre fshatra te Ballshit, konkretisht Dukas, Visok dhe Grace, pasi abonentët ne këto zone janë debitorë. Numërohen gjithsej 1043 konsumatore, 98 % e te cilëve janë debitorë. Por banoret thonë se energjia mungon ne me shume se tre fshatra. Protesta ka vijuar deri ne orët e vona te natës çka ka bere qe ne vendngjarje te mbërrije edhe policia e zonës. Ndërhyrja ne nënstacionin ka detyruar kompaninë qe te s'takoje energjie për efekt sigurie duke lëne pa drita një pjese te mire te zonës se Mallakastres. Ndërkohe edhe te enjten banoret vijojnë te jene pa drita, ndërsa nuk kane asnjë reagim për te paguar energjie e konsumuar, por kërkojnë rikthimin e energjisë ne banese.
