Ardian Fullani guvernatori i Bankës se Shqipërisë, institucionit qe ka për detyre ti sugjeroje qeverise mbajtjen ne balance te treguesve fiskale, ne kulmin e krizës financiare ne vendin tone dhe ne bote, thyen vete rekordin e shpenzimeve, as me shume e as me pas, sesa për komoditetin e vetes dhe punonjësve. Kush e njeh nga afër zotin Fullani thotë se ai çdo dite, frekuenton palestrën, me fatura qe duket se i rendojnë buxhetit te bankës qe ai drejton. I pyetur edhe për këtë çështje, Guvernatori i Shqipërisë, vendi i te cilit po kalon një krize te thelle ekonomike, jep një përgjigje qesharake. U desh pikërisht zyrtarizimi i mandatit te dyte qe guvernatori Fullani te lëshoje dorën ne shpenzime te tilla pa kriter, pikërisht ne kohen kur buxheti do te rishikohet me qellim uljen e shpezimeve. Këtë situate absurde e denoncoi një dite me pare edhe nënkryetari i grupit kuvendor socialist i cili evidentoi me zëra shpenzimet qe po kryen Banka e Shqipërisë, zëra, qe kane njohur sipas tij rritje te pajustifikueshme.
