Pjese e delegacionit kosovar do te jete dhe ministri i jashtëm Enver Hoxhaj. Paraprakisht është mësuar se zbatimi ne praktike i marrëveshjeve Prishtine-Beograd te arritura gjate bisedimeve ne Bruksel, do te jete ne fokus te këtij takimi. Ne këtë dokument kreu i OKB-se shpreh shqetësimin ne lidhje me ngecjen e këtyre pakteve, veçanërisht marrëveshjes qe ka te beje me shënimin për emrin e Kosovës. Sipas tij Ban ki Moon, mospërcaktimi ne mënyre precize ne përdorimin e këtij shënimi, i ka lëne hapësira palëve qe te interpretojnë sipas interesave te tyre këtë pakt, çka ka sjelle dhe problem e incidente ne takimet rajonale ku ka marre pjese dhe Kosova.
