Instituti i Monumenteve te Kulturës nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi për shkatërrimin qe i është bere shtëpisë nga ku Korça u shpall krahine autonome. Artan Lame e quan tragjedi rrënimin e kësaj ndërtese, ku ne 1916 Themistokli Germenji shpalli Korçën te pavarur. Ai thotë se rasti është denoncuar qe prej një viti nga forumi pavarësisht se asnjë instance shtatore nuk ka vepruar. Studiuesi Artan Lame shkon edhe me tej kur thotë se me shume se kurrë, ne këtë vit te "100-vjetorit te pavarësisë" trashëgimia shqiptare është dëmtuar rende.
