Duke komentuar frymën e përgjigjeve refuzuese te Ministit Imami për te bllokuar kontrollin, ish-presidenti paralelizon se duke interpretuar subjektivisht ligjin, edhe ne gjermani erdhën ne pushtet nazistet.
