Ambassador Jacobson is a career diplomat, who has worked on similar missions in Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Before taking this task, Jacobson worked as deputy director of the Institute for the Foreign Service of the U.S.. It is a good introduction of seven foreign languages??, among which Albanian and Serbian.
