Delegacioni olimpik qe përfaqësoi Shqipërinë ne Lojërat Olimpike te Londrës është kthyer ne atdhe pasditen e se martës, i përgjysmuar pasi disa sportiste ishin kthyer para kohe ne Shqipëri. Ne aeroportin Nene Tereza atmosfera siç edhe pritej ka qene e ftohte nisur edhe nga rezultatet tepër zhgënjyese te delegacionit kuqezi ne këtë olimpiade. Shefi i delegacionit Viron Bezhani është munduar te heqë çdo përgjegjësi te institucionit qe ai drejton, për rezultatet shume te dobëta ne këtë kompeticion. Ai iu përgjigj edhe akuzave te kreut te federatës shqiptare te peshëngritjes Esat Ademi për rastin Pulaku, peshëngritësi qe rezultoi pozitiv ne testin antidoping. Shqipëria ishte parashikuar te merrte pjese me 11 sportiste ne 5 disiplina te ndryshme ne olimpiade, por peshëngritësi Hysen Pulaku rezultoi pozitiv me doping ndërsa Klodiana Shala e dëmtuar, nuk garuan. Ndërkohë pjesa tjetër e sportisteve arritën rezultate tepër te dobëta ne Londër 2012.
