Duke iu referuar akuzave për përgjime ndaj opozitës dhe diplomatëve ndërkombëtarë, Biberaj tha se ky është një megaskandal që duhet hetuar thellësisht. Ditët e fundit "Vizion Plus" ka siguruar dokumente mbi mënyrën sesi shkelen procedurat dhe ligjet në Ministrinë e Mbrojtjes, duke nisur që nga blerja e pajisjeve të përgjimit vetëm dy dite para ngjarjeve te 21 Janarit, përdorimi i mjeteve te ushtrisë për festen e 22 Marsit te PD-se, abuzime me shitjen e objekteve ne pronësi te Forcave te Armatosura, fondet, apo edhe me gradimet.
