Një dite pas protestës se qindra banoreve ne nënstacionin elektrik ne Kukës, situata duket me e qete, por banoret paralajmërojnë serish protesta e bllokim rruge nëse ikin dritat. Qytetit i është kthyer energjia elektrike njëkohësisht edhe uji i pijshëm, ndonëse rreziku për ndërprerje te dritave është i mundshëm. Banoret thonë se tokat iu janë përmbytur nga ujërat e Fierzës dhe pa marre dëmshpërblim financiar ata nuk do te paguajnë. Por banoret ankohen se ndërprerja e dritave ne këtë periudhe vere e ne mes te muajit te Ramazanit, ka vështirësuar jetesën. Mbrëmjen e se dielës banorët e Komunës Tërthore, por dhe fshatrave të Komunës Bicaj, hynë me force ne ambientet e nënstacionit, duke rrezikuar edhe jetën e tyre.
