Me shpalljen te pafajshëm te shefit te rrjetit kompjuterik ne Kryeministri, Armando Kasaj, Gjykata e Tiranes ka vulosur pafajësinë e pare për ngjarjet e "21 Janarit". Kasaj, i akuzuar për fshirje te pamjeve filmike nga serveri qendror i Kryeministrisë ne 21 Janar, është shpallur sot i pafajshëm nga gjyqtari Gerd Hoxha i cili ne arsyetimin e vendimit u shpreh se akuza nuk mundi te vërtetonte se ishte Kasaj ai qe ka bere fshirjen nga rrjeti kompjuterik. Te njëjtën gjë pretendoi me herët edhe vete i pandehuri dhe avokati i tij mbrojtës Ilir Murati. Avokati tha se ne kohen kur janë kryer fshirjet Kasaj nuk ndodhej ne kryeministri ndërsa dhoma e serverëve ka qene ne mbikëqyrje te Gardës. Pas vendimit, vete i akuzuari tha se tashme do t'i drejtohet gjykatës për te kërkuar dëmshpërblim, pasi imazhi i tij është dëmtuar duke qene i akuzuar kryesor për ngjarjet e 21 janarit. Ndërkohë, Prokuroria e cila kishte kërkuar dënimin e Armando Kasajt me dy vjet burg, do ta apeloje vendimin.
