Për kryeministrin Berisha borxhi publik ne masën 60% nuk përben me zone rreziku edhe pse sipas tij Shqipëria e ka ulur borxhin me 3 %. Ndryshe nga paralajmërimi i guvernatorit te Bankës se Shqipërisë për një vit te vështire ekonomik dhe deklarata me e fundit e INSTAT, kreu i qeverise shprehet optimist për nivelin e investimeve te huaja dhe uljen e papunësisë.
