Policia edhe këtë vit duket se e ka humbur betejën me kultivuesit e hashashit ne Lazarat. Fshati i cili tashme njihet si simbol i mbjelljes se bimës narkotike jo vetëm qe nuk ka hequr dore nga mbjellja por ka shtuar edhe fuqinë punëtore për te përballuar volumin e punës. Si Dogjani dhe Hoxha thonë se fenomeni nuk mund te zhduket pa një vullnet politik.
