Ne gjashte muajt e pare te vitit janë bllokuar 34 ton produkte ushqimore te skaduara, nga te cilat 14 ton nuk ishin deklaruar nga subjektet, por shiteshin ne supermarkete e dyqane lagjesh. Ndërkohë, AKU ka deklaruar se po ushtron kontrolle ne farmacitë bujqësore për hormonet qe iu injektuan perimeve dhe demet qe mund te sjellin ato ne organizmin e njeriut. Kreu i AKU ka mohuar ekzistencën e patateve te mykura ne treg, edhe pse ato kane rezultuar pas analizave laboratorike te shëndetit publik.
