Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve ka shtyre për të enjten vendimin për te pranuar ose jo referendumin kombëtar për importin e plehrave ne Shqipëri, një iniciative e ndërmarrë nga shoqëria civile. Pas shume orë debatesh, mes anëtareve, përfaqësuesve politike dhe përfaqësuesve të AKIP, kryetari Ristani ka shtyre marrjen e vendimit. Debati ka nisur për konkluzionin e nxjerrë nga laboratori shkencor sipas së cilit rezultonte se vetëm nga një kampion i dërguar, 70 % e firmave ishin të falsifikuara. Kjo për Njazi Ksovorastin përbente një arsye te fortë, për mospranim të referendumit. Me argumentet pro dhe kundër dhëne nga anëtaret e KQZ, rezultonte se kampioni prej 147 firmash, nuk ishte argument, që cenonte 50 mije firmat e duhura për referendumin. Por Subashi apo Laze ngritën shqetësim mungesën e transparencës qe është ndjekur nga KQZ për procedurat e ndjekura. Përfaqësues te AKIP i kane kërkuar KQZ te pranoje kërkesën e tyre.
