Seanca e pare e parlamentit pas zgjedhjes se kreut te ri te shtetit, ka nisur me replika e debate mes deputeteve te mazhorances dhe opozitës për mënyrën e zgjedhjes se Presidentit. Deputeti socialist, Taulant Balla ,akuzoi qeverinë se duke zgjedhur një president vetëm me votat e mazhorances, e largoi edhe me shume Shqipërinë nga Bashkimi Evropian. Ndërsa Mesila Doda u kundërpërgjigj, duke thënë se opozita e kishte ne dore arritjen e një konsensusi, ne rast do te ofronte te paktën një emër. Për deputetet socialiste, zgjedhja e Bujar Nishanit ne postin e Presidentit te vendit, është thjesht dështimi i radhës i qeverise, pasi Nishani do te jete ne këtë detyre te re thjesht noteri partiak i qeverise dhe familjes Berisha.
