Katër muaj pas miratimit te buxhetit te bashkise se Tiranes ende nuk është lëvruar asnjë fond për investimet e planifikuara ne vlerën e 70 milionë dollarëve. Drejtues te minibashkive pohojnë, se pavarësisht kërkesave për te nisur ndërtimin apo konstruksionin e rrugëve, e institucioneve shkollore, ende nuk ka asnjë përgjigje nga drejtuesit bashkiake. Vonesat ne nisjen e investimeve pranohen edhe nga kryetare njësish vendore, qe vijnë nga radhët e mazhorances. Haki Mustafa, qe drejton minibashkinë numër 11 ne tirane pohon, se kjo shtyrje ka ardhur si pasoje e ribërjes se projekteve, qe ekzistonin ne kohen, kur bashkia drejtohej nga socialistet. Ndërsa Bashkia e Tiranes ka pohuar për Vizion Plus se një pjese e mire e projekteve kane përfunduar dhe pritet te hyjnë ne proces tenderimi. Sipas përfaqësuesve te saj, muajin tjetër, do te nise puna me zbatimin e tyre.
