Blerina Çereni nga Elbasani është një prej studenteve qe i mbijetuan aksidentit tragjik te Himarës. 21-vjeçarja ka lënë pak dite me pare Spitalin Ushtarak. Por vajza e vetme e familjes Çereni nuk është ende në gjendje të çohet nga krevati për shkak të frakturave të shumta në trup. Nga momenti i aksidentit kujton vetëm fraza te shkëputura, pasi pas rrëzimit ka humbur ndjenjat dhe është përmendur vetëm ne spital. Por ajo qe i rendon me shume është humbja e 11 shoqeve, gjë te cilën e ka mësuar vetëm dy dite me pare.
Pas tragjedisë, ne Universitetin e Elbasanit nuk është kthyer ende asnjë prej studenteve qe u përfshinë ne aksident. Mësohet ato do te paraqiten ne sezonin e provimeve te vjeshtës për te mos humbur vitin shkollor. Rrëzimi i autobusit ne Qafen e Vishës ne Himarë, shkaktoi vdekjen e 13 personave dhe plagosjen e 25 te tjerëve. Qeveria akordoi pak dite me pare 1 milion leke për familjet e viktimave dhe 300 mije leke për çdo studente te plagosur.
