Pak ore pas dështimit edhe te raundit te trete për zgjedhjen e presidentit, kandidati i pa zyrtarizuar i mazhorances Xhezair Zaganjori është tërhequr nga gara presidenciale. Vete Zaganjori ne një prononcim për mediat e argumentoi tërheqjen me faktin se nuk u gjet konsensus për emrin e tij ne radhët e opozitës. Por këtë qëndrim Xhezair Zaganjori e kishte paralajmëruar dite me pare gjate një interviste për Vizion Plus, ku ai theksonte nevojën për te qemer emër kompromisi. Ne këtë mënyre zgjedhja e presidentit te Shqipërisë, ka marre një tjetër rrjedhe duke pare faktin qe gara për kreun e shtetit është e hapur për emra te rinj nga te dy kahet politike.
Few hours after the failure of the third round of the presidential election, official candidate of the majority without Xhezair Zaganjori is withdrawn from the presidential race. Zaganjori in a separate statement for the media argued that withdrawal with no consensus was found on his name in the ranks of the opposition. But this attitude Xhezair Zaganjori had warned days earlier during an interview with Vision Plus, where he emphasized the need to compromise the vault name. In this way the choice of president of Albania, has taken another stream by the fact that the race for head of state is open for new names from both political sides.
